1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Timeframe: You may return or exchange books and board games within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.
• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, inserts, and components intact. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:
  • Opened or used books and board games
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Digital content or downloadable products

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer support email or phone number] with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
• Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

4. Processing of Refunds

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Refund: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

5. Exchanges

• Replacement: If you wish to exchange a book or board game for the same product, please contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a refund or the option to choose another product of equal value.
• Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective book or board game, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
• Resolution: We will replace or refund damaged or defective items at no additional cost, including any associated shipping charges.

7. Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, the return process will apply.
