GURTUWA Teacher Development

GURUTWA will be a feature of EPIC App for Teachers. A Teacher needs to undertake at least two courses every year and get certified. These training modules are being designed to enhance the qualitative aspect of the Teacher as an individual, so that they can perform better in schools and focus on values and skills as well as science and spirituality. 360 degree assessment program involving parents has also been included in the textbooks. Teachers’ role will be instrumental in implementing innovative pedagogies from Meta Schooling.

NEP 2020 emphasizes ‘teachers and faculty as the heart of the learning process’ (0.13) and stresses again and again on their continuous professional development. To enable this, Meta Schooling provides schools EPIC App for continuous training, rating and rewarding system for Teachers.
